Sandes By Water offers not only beautiful accommodation but also offers an anglers dream where the fishing is concerned,
there is plenty of room for anglers to fish and easily coped with the five anglers that accompanied our visit.
although the fish are not huge the small carp are plentiful and will keep the bites coming all day long.
  The lake is a small well established water with plenty of cover and features to fish to, There are a handful of bigger more weary carp in the lake which will prove a challenge to the more specimen type angler and even though the fish are not huge they are all in exceptional condition.
  If you do find yourself visiting the complex then keep an eye out for the ghost carp which lurks in the more secluded and shaded areas of the lake, this fish was un caught until I managed to snare him on a simple pellet bottom bait a couple of days ago when I visited the water, this fish in-particular is in exceptional condition!
